Technical Aspects

For the Two Residential Villas that we are completing in Salem, the following technical aspects are adopted :
1. We have designed & used framed structures in such a way that it enables future Expansion & is
     Siesmic (Earth-Quake) resistant.
2. We have used UPVC Windows, Teak Wood - Main Door & Flush Doors with Padaak Wood Frames
      for all other Doors.
3. The house utility areas are covered with Vitrified Tiles in all rooms & Ceramic Tiles for the Bathrooms.
4. Seperate common Toilet is provided outside the house in both houses.
5. Plumbing Materials :
    a) 4" ISI Supreme Pipes used for Drain Pipes.
    b) Supreme brand UPVC Pipes for Drinking Water.
    c) Supreme brand CPVC Pipes for Hot Water.
6. Electrical : Authentic Legrand brand Fittings used.
7. Seperate Cabling done for Cable TV Connection in Bed Rooms & Living Room.
8. A/c Provision Provided in all Bed Rooms.
9. Solar Water Heater Piping Provisions done for Futuristic Use.
10. Kitchen :
      a) R.O. water Provision Done.
      b) Seperate Chimney and Exhaust Fan Provision made.
      c) Semi-Modular Kitchen Enabled.
11. Paintings :
      a) Interiors are done with Wall Putty and Enamel Paint.
      b) Exteriors are done with wall Putty & Plastic Emulsion Paint.
12. Ground Water Tank Constructed in Sit Out / Parking Area Covered with R.C.C. Slab.
13. Septic Tank Annexing with 10 feet deep Soak Pit is made in Parking Area Covered with R.C.C. Slab.
14. Seperate E.B. Panel Box - Provision made for I Floor.
15. An Aesthetic, trendy & unique design is made for the Exclusive Elevation of the Two buildings.
16. A Small Rain Water harvesting Tank is also built at the North-East Corner.
